Productivity is the best way to a successful career

The question that is uppermost in the minds of every person dreaming about a successful career is about how to achieve it. There are multiple ways to a successful career few examples are smart working, communication, being organized, efficient in time management, and being highly productive.
No one person in this world is a master of all these qualities, some are masters in communication and being organized, whereas these qualities are hard to practice for others. Whether you are good in communication, planning, managing time, or smart working there is a certain quality that is a sure fire way to success that is productivity.
All organizations public or private have never ending appetite and greater emphasis for money without which no boss can survive if he fails to generate revenue. For this they need to sell commodity which can be a product or service. Where from does the organization gets its product? Well it gets all that stuff from you and you need to give it a good deal for the organization to recognize you. For you to understand more clearly let us assume that you run a business where you purchase a product at lesser price and sell it at market value for profit which is a higher price. You will naturally favor suppliers who provide the more products at a nominal price with good quality.
Just like you, your organization will also favor the employees who are more productive otherwise sooner or later they are going to loose money. This is the reason from the organizational point of view to recognize and retain employees with good productivity.
